At the tail end of BBB and beginning of SSS, this and some others will be seriously challenged.

At the height of SSS, some "forever up" props may start to look shitty. :mrgreen:

Market sentiment and perception is key...

hmm....this can be overcum....with more and more 20+ kid earning.....RM10k
my bro...will be joining the workforce soon with equipped with accounting degree + potentially completion of a professional paper
but i tell him his basic potentially is only 2.8k even with the bigger accounting firm......hmmm....definately in wrong line ....

nvm .. ask him to go kiasuland, starting pay SGD2.8k, sap sap sui .... :mrgreen:
and learn from his brother goreng MY properties ... :mrgreen: we need fresh blood to come into the prop market, otherwise BBB party will stop very soon ... :mrgreen:

for now, i think goreng time will over soon

honest...in accounting line, we 1 maresian, we can be more competent than those kiasuland professionals
just that the image that our politician painting on our country is very tnsed, is not helping the professionals here, our currency is quite weak

honestly, i think if one can cari makan well here,no need to 'run' to other place, some of my peers, works as senior manager in some bigger firms, i think lar may hit 8yrs sui sui every year promote one, may hit RM10k now

even if i go back KL now, i may not get RM10k i think, serious

If one can have a sui sui progression and potentially do well in 1Maresia, it is actually not so bad what.
One just gotta be numb with the crimes rates, lower reported inflation

I think wrong choice of profession for me...doomzzz.....hmm...need to change profession...to earn more while young....

Ameno will like this - pendatangs go to Kiasuland, work like dogs, send money to buy props in malailand, boost crony profits for cows and what not - but need to be 2nd or 3rd class, ya? :mrgreen:

yea, 10 yrs in accounting more or less equivalent to senior mgr in big 4 firm, guarantee >RM10K, my fren is one of them ...
but 10K in bolehsia and 10K in kiasuland, big difference

you are right. Eco brand shuold be premium, but the last time I calculated, based on GDV and number of houses, each unit should not be selling >350k...... :?:
